I was visiting Boca Raton on vacation and while I was there, I ate at the Cheesecake Factory. I had pasta witch grilled chicken, it was delicious. The server was nice and funny. He greeted us and helped us decide what we should get. The service all in all was fantastic and our food came out pretty quick. The portions are extremely large and even though it is a little pricey the Cheesecake Factory is a perfect restaurant for a special occasion. Of course we had to get cheesecake for dessert! It tasted great and was huge! I couldn't have been happier with my experience at this location and will definitely go back the next time I'm in Boca Raton. I would highly recommend it and make sure you are ready to eat when you go there

I've been to The Cheesecake Factory several times and it's a little too "commercial" for my taste. I prefer to dine a restaurants that are local, fresh, homemade, and all all that is in between. I find that the food at cheesecake is made in bulk to serve the large audience and it just doesn't come out great. I ordered the salmon salad and it wasn't even cooked all the way. Not only are all of the dishes here ridiculously unhealthy (even the ones on the low cal menu, check it out), they just aren't made with "love". I feel like they are just slopped together with a high price tag and called gourmet. Especially after this trip, I'm not a fan.

My Florida based family loves the Cheesecake Factory. I guess a lot of other people do too, because there's always a 10 to 20 minute wait to get a table in their gargantuan dining room. However, I honestly don't get the appeal of this place. Yes, the menu is extensive and the portions are big, but every time I've been been frogmarched into eating here, the food has been disappointing. Case in point, the $15 Asian chicken salad with 5 tiny slices of chicken, 6 pounds of lettuce, and zero flavor. Same for the lettuce wrap chicken tacos. Simply boring and no soul at all. I can't help but feel that it's a real shame to waste cash here on nondescript dishes with few redeeming qualities. You can do so much more with your dining dollars! I definitely recommend checking out some of the other great restaurants in the area before eating at the Cheesecake Factory.

Good spot for whatever the occasion. Brunch it's great on Sunday, grab a quick lunch at the bar, go there for a nice dinner, even great for parties too. The omelettes and pancakes are definitely fulfilling. The miso salmon is great for lunch, or a chicken ceaser if you're in the mood for something lighter. Chicken Madera, castellatta are great for dinner

this was my first time at this location. My mother and i decided to eat here since there wasn't a long wait time. We had a very pleasant and wonderful server named Sarah. She was great! She knew the menu like the back of her hand and was really helpful with a picky person like me. My mother and i ordered the beef slider appetizers. They arrived to our table so hot and fresh and DELICIOUS ! I almost didn't want to eat anything else...almost! Then my mother ordered the soup of the day (chicken with mushroom) with a green salad. She was so satisfied, repeating how good it was. i had salmon with mash potatoes and broccoli that was outstanding, i had to remind myself, that i needed to pace myself so that i could savour every bite! Very pleased with our food and service! Thanks again to Sarah for her amazing service, we hope to return soon!

The Factory usually has great service. However this location disappointed today. After being seated, it took 5-10 minutes to get water. I mean that's a little excessive, even for a busy restaurant. We're talking water here. Then appetizers and entrees were ordered at the same time, which I thought was a little rushed since we literally just got water. But whatever, we let it slide. What stunk was that I got my salad appetizer after my entree was served. Originally only my side of dressing was delivered and I had to ask what happened to my salad. I do not plan on returning again.

Cheesecake factory has a great happy hour with discounted drinks and appetizers. We were a little late but they let us have the cheaper price. The food and beer was delicious. The waiter was very helpful in suggesting which beer was lighter and which appetizers were the largest helpings. We had a great time.

Let's start with the fact that I don't generally like chain restaurants. That being said, this particular chain is better than most because it seems to be able to hire and train chefs who can execute consistently at a higher level. It's not 4 star against say, 32 East, but in the category of solid chain restaurants that are upscale, it's one of the best. Their Skinnylicious menu in particular keeps me coming back because it is low enough calorie without compromising taste. I'm immune to the rack of devastatingly good looking cheesecakes because they do cold-pour and I'm a NYC baked kind of guy. Otherwise I'm sure I'd be in the CA meetings (Cheesecake Anonymous). One of the things that chain restaurants suffer from are lower quality ingredients when you have to buy in that kind of quantity. Unlike Brio which is Olive Garden on steroids, the Cheesecake Factory is a very nice scale restaurant. There are small things, like the ever-flowing stream of waitstaff that is not often as well schooled in the menu, or customer service, and occasional product issues like leaving artichokes, which are seasonal, on the menu year-round, which requires them to buy from suppliers of product that is small, hard, and less optimal. Costing them a star? The Cheesecake Factory plays the game of marking up the suggested tip (15%, 18% 20%) on the bill to include tipping for the sales tax. Tipping is always done off the SUBTOTAL, NOT the total. That's a rip-off of the consumer because they assume they can't add or will not check. I brought it to the manager's attention, but he has to kick it up the McLine to corporate which installed and placed the system so I'm not holding my breath on the customer responsiveness. The place is constantly busy, but they do move traffic well so it generally is not an issue. Be prepared to wait though on average 10-30 minutes.

This location has a staff that is always on top of their responsibilities! I'm always satisfied with service. During this last visit, our food came out exceptionally fast and tasted great.

The food here is always reliably good. The humongous menu ensures that everybody can find something they like. I appreciate that even when there are a ton of people dining here, the service is quick and attentive. Best things to order: chicken Madeira, steak Diane, and the peanut butter cheesecake. The whiskey smash is a great drink with Bulleit bourbon.

We went in around 4:45pm & got seated immediately, the service was great and the food even better. As in any other cheese cake factory the later you go the longer you'll have to wait because by the time we left which was about 6:30 there was a line waiting to be seated.... But I'm sure it's worth the wait if you go after 5pm :)

Well let me say it was an un pleasant expierence. I ordered Factory Meatloaf it came to the table burnt. It was horrible. My cousin ordered a side Cesar salad the dressing has no taste and was watery. The wait staff had no personality. Very disappointing.

A purely successful recipe for a restaurant. This is a well-oiled machine. One of my favorite restaurants for simple food, well executed. The cheesecakes are unbeatable. Put the red velvet cheesecake in an intervenous bag and hook it up to me! It doesn't get much better than this for mid-range large-format restaurants.

Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT come here on a Sunday between 11 and 3. Service is lacking and your food will take FOREVER. My waiter got my order wrong this afternoon then decided to give me attitude and confront me when I complained to the manager about it. There went your tip, buddy.

My favorite part of the meal was the bread. Slow service and mediocre food. After ordering, it took over 30 minutes for my food to come out and the had to redo my grandfathers burger because they overcooked it. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

For a Tuesday night it was pretty busy. We should have asked for a booth because we were seated at a table that wasn't even a foot away from the next table. I felt like we were having dinner with them too. The server was at our table right away and took our drink order. She returned quickly with drinks and bread. I ordered the avocado chicken sandwich, so good, but so messy! Our server was on the ball throughout our meal. Good service, good meal, like most other Cheesecake Factories. Just make sure you ask for a booth on the upper level so you can enjoy your meal with just the people you came with, not the people at the next table too.

Cheesecake Factory is consistent and good. I love the Mac and cheese balls and chicken littles! Passion fruit iced tea is amazing. I'm usually too full for dessert but I've had the chocolate cake which is awesome. I know I know no cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory.... Give the chocolate cake a chance it doesn't disappoint!

Eee fahhh... What happened? Service slowed to a crawl, the floor is disgusting, the dishes greasy and dirty, the menus were dirty, the silverware was dirty...NOT what we expect from this location or this chain! The biscuits for desert taste like meat (not yummy with vanilla)...the sweet corn tomales ate still ridiculously awesome, though, so we can't rationally go below 3-stars on their strength alone; zucchini sticks also still good to go...however, avocado eggrolls getting a little weaker, so slippage is pervasive!

Took my family here for mothers day brunch. The server was very polite, tentative and accommodating. Portions were huge and very tasty. The mint tea is very refreshing and is un-sweetened. My wife got the French toast Bruce, it was amazing. I had a crab meat hash with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. It was perfect. Pancakes were enormous. Mother's Day was extra special spent here especially if you make reservations.

We had a party of 9 last night and had a great experience. My experience has been that during the busy season it is never easy to go out with a large group of people. Too many times I've been disappointed at other restaurants and how they have handled a large group. When we got to the restaurant we put our name on the list and we were told it would be 55 to 70 minutes. 60 minutes later they had a table. The server Carlo was knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. Variety of menu items offered, drink selection, and quality were all great. From our great experience it was easy to see why they are so often on a wait when many other places around are not busy at all. Keep up the great work, people keep coming back and you will be busy!

It's the Cheesecake Factory, of course it's good! The menu is ridiculous for both food and drinks. The Apple Martini and JW Pink lemonade are what we usually have besides beer for drinks and are both delicious with just enough alcohol so you know it's there without the drink losing its unique flavour. The Salmon Fire Cracker rolls, the chicken or beef sliders, and the fire roasted artichoke (da bomb) are our go to appetizers, and never disappoint. The staff are friendly and attentive, and regardless of how many people are in our party we always have a great time. This place is great for people of all ages, though if you have more than 4 people in your party, you can expect to wait for a table during peak meal times.

I've been to Cheesecake Factory before in other states but have not visited this location since we moved here 6 months ago. He was very conscientious and knew just the right time to come by and see us. The

Food is pretty good and portion sizes are generally obscene. There's typically a wait. Service; however, is HIT or MISS. The desserts are to die for, their brown bread is also amazeballs. I love their skinnylicious menu all items under 550 calories, but they only report calories...even on their website...so you can't see fat grams or sodium. Kind of annoying, wish they would report everything in totality.

It's the cheesecake factory, you know what you're getting. The most fattening food selections that are huge portions and are delicious. Their wheat bread is awesome, I ask for a basket of just that without the sourdough. Salads are huge and taste very fresh, really love the sante fe salad or bbq chicken ranch salad. Can't really go wrong with any dish here and of course they have some of the best cheesecakes for dessert.

I love the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes! My brother had introduced me to them and they're always a great appetizer. This is a great place to go when your hungry with big portions to everything. The service is good, and sometimes you have to wait a while at this particular location.

Waited for a fair amount of time, but not too long considering that it was a saturday night. Our server tried hard, but just couldnt keep up. Seemed like we never had drinks and we were always still needing some side or something missing. Food was good overall.

The tough part about eating here is trying to eat a small enough portion of dinner to leave room for dessert. From salmon to burgers (and even the occasional salad), the entrees good across the board. The happy hour apps in the bar also make a desirable meal. Topped off with a few bites of dessert and then a giant piece of cake to take home. Consistently good.

We had a really crappy experience. Ate here on a Sunday morning around noon. The meal took us (only two of us) over two hours. I ate a southwest salad which was fine and my fiance had a burger which he enjoyed. Will not be back due to the terrible service and extremely slow kitchen.

The staff here are perhaps the most unfriendly people I have ever met in my entire life. Unsure if there is a full moon but ownership and management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their employees to treat their customers the way they do. We called ahead at around 9 am the morning of and asked to place a reservation for four. They told me they do not do reservations unless it's a party of six or more. Well, I asked if we will have any issues getting a table and was told we would not. So, we arrived at 6:30 and for a party for a four, needed to wait a half hour for a table. I had then walked up to the front desk and asked for a booth because of a handy cap in our party. The only reason why this place did not receive a one star review (or even none, if that was possible) was because of our server. He was very attentive, friendly and conversed with us. He was very good at his job and that is why he had saved this restaurant from what would have been a bomb of a review. Will I be back here? No. Simple as that.

It's been many years since I dined at The Cheesecake Factory. This location is convenient to my residence; therefore, I decided to try it out. Not bad for leaner eaters since their menu varieties are accommodating. My choice for a Kale & Quinoa salad was an excellent one but it was in a heap-full serving. It's loaded with red bell peppers to punctuate the green to give a colorful mix. The chopped kale was crispy & texturing not bitter with quinoa sticking on the greens, thanks to their light vinaigrette. The halved grapes makes it subtly sweet with lots of shredded cheese to the mountain top. You will love it! I'm a home cook and do lots of authentic American and exotic meals, but this visit got me wanting to go back. Great staff and beautiful ambience. You may wanna check it out if you haven't done so.

I didn't get to each cheesecake because I was full from all the food. The food was great, the service was fast. We were a group of 6 and had three waiters bring out our food at the same time. The thai lettuce wraps were phenomenal, the soup of the day (Mexican soup) was very hearty. I would come here again.

For being a chain restaurant The Cheesecake Factory rarely disappoints. The menu is huge, but we've discovered that their chicken dishes are the best. Today we tried the meatloaf which was a bust and the Chicken Di Panna which was delicious. We shared a soup which I cannot recall the name and we could not find room for dessert. The service was friendly and the prices are decent. There is one thing that I will never understand, why do restaurants serve warm bread with frozen butter? How can something so basic be overlooked by many restaurants not just the Cheesecake Factory. Anyhow I must say I really love their strawberry lemonade and the raspberry lemonade isn't bad either. Overall it's a safe place to eat if you don't want to be disappointed.

I was not impressed with this Cheesecake Factory. The place was extremely packed and crowded. The food was at best mediocre and the bread was hard and cold. First time that I do not really like a Cheesecake Factory location.
Decent Cheesecake Factory. I tried the tortilla soup that was alright, nothing special. They have recently added an extensive gluten free menu which was perfect for my celiac friend! It had pages which is super unique. The service was amazing here, they also gave my party free cheesecakes which really made my day. The food is regular Cheesecake Factory quality and has something for everyone. It always looks super busy but the wait is rarely more than 40 minutes each time I've been there.

We had a great time here as always. We sat at the bar. The bartender did great job and the food was good too. We had Vietnamese shrimp summer rolls, everything pizza and tuna carpaccio. We were too full to have cheese cake. Although there was an employee who talked very loud which bothered our time a bit but yet we still give them 5 stars cause we like their food and service at the bar.

A half hour after placing our food order, we were told that they were out of batter and that my brother was going to have to pick a new food item. When I asked how long before his food was ready would the rest of ours come out the waiter quickly said that ours was ready now, but that it would sit and wait to come out with my brother's new meal. We were told it would be another 7 minutes, but it really took about 15-20. My mom ordered the California omelet which came out missing the avocado. She was almost finished by the time they brought out a few slices. The manager did come around finally to ask us about the missing avocado, but had no idea about my brother's food or that we had to wait forever. After all that they didn't comp anything or provide any sort of discount or anything. The food was bland on top of all of that.

Always a good time! Luckily, we waited not even 5 minutes for a booth, and our server came to us immediately despite the fact that the restaurant was PACKED We started with the Vietnamese Tacos, and they were awesome! The presentation was fantastic, and they were packed with flavor. The pork was super tender, and it had just the right amount of spice. Oh, and the "buns" it was served on were so unique.... fluffy and soft. They reminded me a little bit of Manapua. I ordered the Chile Roja Beef, and it was BY FAR the best dish I've had in a while. The meat was SO tender and was perfectly flavored and topped with peppers and onions that were delicious. The beans were the perfect consistency, and the cilantro rice was a great addition. This dish was served with little corn tortilla bites too, and I really enjoyed making mini "tacos" with them. My boyfriend ordered the Orange Chicken (as he ALWAYS does), and it was amazing. Perfectly crispy and had just the right amount of orange, tanginess to it. The rice was steamed and the veggies were awesome. Again, very nice presentation. Of course, being the CHEESECAKE factory, we couldn't leave without cheesecake; however, there was SO much food that we didn't even finish our meals (super rare for us). So, we took it home along with a piece of the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple and finished it off around midnight. The food was still fantastic, and the cheesecake was like a piece of heaven. So creamy and rich and sweet.... anddddd a PERFECT ending to the night. We will, of course, go back!

Cheesecake Factory ruins Mother's Day. They have open tables. Yet refused to combine an empty table at the end of our table to accommodate our large party. The waitress embarrassed me in front of my family and made us cram together. SO GREEDY! Factory is the correct name. Cram the guests in to make money! Just totally ruined my time with my family. Thanks Cheesecake Factory for nothing.

Was out to dinner with my boyfriend, my food was great; HOWEVER hubby had to send his plate back TWICE. First the brown rice was hard so it was sent back for white rice in exchange THEN the whole plate was cold thus sent back for a second time! They made a new dish the third time and it was still subpar. Manager was horrible, I had to eat my dinner without my boyfriend and then he had to eat without me. Least to say, I highly doubt we'll be eating here again.

I certainly am not a fan of the Cheesecake Factory because its really nothing but a teenage hangout. The food is mediocre and service is not always the best, however last night was ok. This particular location is a good one. The service from our waiter was on point. The cheesecake was good and I was surrounded with good people. What made this experience bearable was the following: -Sitting in the bar you can avoid waiting in a ridiculously long waiting list. -Just going for coffee and cheesecake is the way to go. -Going later in the evening avoids loud screaming children, but this I'm afraid is not always the case. -Good location. -Plenty of parking.

This review is based on takeout experience. Ordered the Asian style flavor menu items for takeout + calamari. Upon pickup of order, asked for Sriracha which is pretty much a common condiment to compliment Asian food. No Sriracha or any type of hot sauce besides their buffalo sauce. What?! Other Cheesecake Factory locations carry the stuff. What happened to consistency? Also, they DID NOT include ANY utensils or napkins. They were nice enough to include their complimentary whole grain bread with the order. Sans butter of course. And no lemon with calamari. Seeing a theme here? Luckily Marriott took care of the utensils, but still inconvenient to have to go searching for utensils after reaching the room while my meal was getting cold. Would think a detail like adding utensils and napkins with a takeout meal is customary. Trusted I did not have to take everything out of the bag and inspect all items to ensure the basics were there at a place that I thought aimed for a certain level of basic consistency. Asking for an item like hot sauce? Get it. I should ask for that upon pickup. But utensils? Lemon which is always included with calamari everywhere and most cheesecake locations I have been to besides this one? On the plus side, all staff seemed really happy and were smiling. So much potential to get the consistent experience and more more, unfortunately the experience was lackluster because the basics of takeout order were missing. 2 stars because food I ordered was consistent in flavor in its barest form, with other Cheesecake locations, without the condiments, and did not have to order from drive thru fast food restaurant for a meal late at night. Much better options at Cheesecake Factory for lower calorie intake items at such a late hour. With takeout here, make sure to check the order and ensure you have everything there, every single thing you might have ever expected with that order outside of the actual primary food. Actually based on this experience might be worth the trouble check that too. One last thing I have noticed with every cheesecake restaurant location that IS consistent. The floors. Anyone notice they are dangerously slippery? For women, or anyone with dress shoes be careful. You will slide all over the floor if you step too fast and can easily slip and fall. The end.

Went here for lunch today and it is a mad house. It took over 20 minutes to get drinks and forget the food, I was beginning to doubt that it would ever come. They were not apologetic at about the wait and other tables they sat after us had food way before we did. The food was ok nothing remarkable.

It appears that food quality is no longer priority number one at Cheesecake Factory. Twice in a row my meal has been downright pathetic. It's a shame, as we've considered them for many years to be at the high end of the chain restaurants, above a TGI Friday's or a Chili's. In the restaurant's defense, let me say that the cleanliness and ambiance were everything they always have been, and on both occasions my wife thought her meal was almost up to par with CF's usual standards. The first time, I had the Mac & Cheese Burger. The mac & cheese was dried out and flavorless. The burger was cooked to my liking, but must have sat waiting way too long to be picked up by the server, as it was only room temperature by the time it reached our table. The meat was also dry. To top it all off, the bun was stale. It was the first time ever at CF that I couldn't finish the whole meal, because it was just no good. The second time, last night, I ordered Fish Tacos. Our server asked if I would like the fish broiled or crispy. I asked if the crispy fish was deep fried. He said no, it just has a light tempura batter that makes it crispy. So crispy is how I ordered it. When it showed up, it had clearly been deep fried, which I pointed out to the server, and he said "yes, of course," like we had never had the first conversation at all. It was also immediately obvious that $14 for four very tiny fish tacos is an unbelievable rip off. Taco Bell sells better looking food! As soon as I picked up the first one of these tiny little tacos, the flour tortilla broke into four or five pieces because it was so dried out. The diced over-ripe tomatoes had obviously come from a container that had a lot of water in it, and that made the texture of the dried out tortilla seem very runny, cheap, and utterly disgusting. They need to take this item off the menu, and never bring it back. Tonight we ate at Pollo Tropical, and I must say the quality of the food was far superior to the crap I had last night at Cheesecake Factory!

The service has turned horrific the man waiters are only interested in flirting with the female waitresses also customers they play this game over and over and laugh about it the staff is a bunch of teenagers the food can be good but make sure you get a server who was mature by the way my daughters spaghetti and meatballs had one meatball

Mixed review tonight. Salmon -excellent. Bang Bang chicken & shrimp - not so good, (3 tiny shrimp, overcooked pasty rice) Spicy Cashew Chicken- not so good, (same pasty rice, overcooked chicken, tasted reheated), Big chicken salad - good. We've come for years but this is now the second time that consistancy was poor, it will be a long while before we try again.

This was a great place to take family from out of town. My daughter always enjoys their food from the kids menu. I love the Greek salad and the ahi tuna. My uncle had the meatloaf my aunt had chicken Wings we had strawberry cheesecake. My mother had the grilled salmon she was so happy. The waitress did her job well. She came to the table and asked if we need anything she kept coming by to check on us. We had an awesome time and service here and the food was great. The sauce, the ingredients, how the food was cooked was well done I would like to say "thank you" to the kitchen manager Oliver.

Sorry but to me Cheesecake Factory has gone way down hill. There is nothing like a good salad, but when Cheesecake factory uses prewashed mixed salad that is all dried out and low quality all I can say is I hate chain restaurants. Seems everything is premade, precut, and prewashed. There is no taste like they extracted all the nutrients out of the food. The Santa Fe salad is half the price and Chipotle across the street, with better quality ingredients.

This location sucks. The one in Pembroke Pines, Sunrise, & out of state locations that I've been to are MUCH better. I've been to this location multiple times and every single time our waiter is missing in action, nowhere to be found, never good service, have had our food delivered to the wrong table after waiting an hour TWICE. What restaurant does that twice in a row? This one does. The only thing good is the cheesecake, but it's not worth everything else you'll have to endure. I wouldn't recommend the Boca location. One manager is nice, the other is rude. But it's Boca, did I really expect someone in Boca to be nice? not really. Next.

I'd like to first say that Cheesecake Factory is my favorite restaurant. It was my first time at this particular location and as usual, I loved the food decor and the service was exceptional. The main issue I had was the restroom had a horrible odor. I know that some of you might be saying that, it should be expected that it would have an odor but in all my visits to numerous Cheesecake Factories this is the first time this has happened to me. I think this was just an isolated incident and overall I would definitely go back again and I would encourage my friends and family to go also.

Good old "Cheesecake Factory". Tried this location and not much to say because you know you can get just about anything you want here, and you'll get enough to feed a small army. My recommendation is that if you want consistent (warm) food, services that is just okay, and a "wait" to get a table or your food then this is your place ... but on the positive side, they do have "great" Cheesecake at a $$$. (duh) Cheers!

My mom and i had lunch here after a nice day if shopping at the boca mall. We each ordered a lunch-sized portion of their salads- a bbq ranch chicken and the asian chicken. The veggies were fresh, dressing was pretty good as always. The service is just OK, nothing to special (or horrible) to remember/write about. The wait for two salads was a little over 20 minutes, which was annoying considering that not too many table were occupied. We didn't go there for the salads or service, however. They have a seasonal cheesecake flavor my mom and i LOVE! Pumpkin pecan pie cheesecake- it's amazing. A must-get while they're still around this season!

I love the miso salmon dish! I order it almost every time I come here because it never fails. My girlfriend ordered the pizza for the first time. She has been wanting to try it for a long time and was glad she finally did. The portions are large, cheesecakes are delicious, and the service is great.

My husband and I enjoy going here for Happy Hour. On Mondays through Fridays, in the bar, they have discounted drinks and appetizers. The bar has comfortable booths and hi-top tables and chairs. We get a cocktail and order a few different appetizers to share. Their appetizers are delicious. Their regular menu has so many choices. There's something for everybody. I love their pasta dishes.

Raw pancake batter. Sent pancakes back. Second order was worse. See photo. Fried eggs soaked in butter. Manager comped my meal. This is the second time Cheesecake Factory ruined my meal...last time was a few months ago on Las Olas. This poor quality is why I frequent local eateries as opposed to chains.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 out of the goodness of my heart. I LOVE Cheesecake Factory but this location is awful. Worst I've ever been too. Service is horribly slow and I've found foreign objects In my food on 2 separate occasions.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. It almost brings a tear to my eyes to admit this but Cheesecake is not at all what it used to be. Still good for their staple apps like chicken pot stickers and Tex Mex egg rolls, plus their always tasty and always free multi-gran and sourdough bread is great. But the portions changed. Many no longer on the menu, those that are, bland as hell. Their baja chicken tacos did a 180% and landed on the wrong side of good. Their jambalaya, which used to be my favorite dish is now average at best. Their staff, the clientele, the Chili's-like vibe I get from both the menu, service and food, it is a sad day in chain restaurant world when this happens. Never in a million years would I said I would have preferred Grand Lux to this place, but based on the current trends it's a no brainier. For now on I'm coming here fore apps and cheesecake.

The hostess was pretty rude. Didn't turn around cause she was clearly in love with one of the servers that. He had to greet and sit us. Food and service was just fine, as usual. Still one of my favorite places.

It all started with the hostess, my grandmother left her number with her. Hostess said the table will be ready in 20 mins. 25 mins later we walk in asking about our table and the host says they tried calling us two times. We never got a call. At that time is was my brother and grandmother an the host sat my grandmother as my grandma sat. When the rest of us came from right out side the host just smiled and the host that was seating my grandma was down the hall holding hands with somebody else. Needless to say we found our own way to the table with grandma flagging us down. But this isn't the worst part. Food was as usual, great, as all the cheesecake factories. Food was not the issue; the waitress was, terrible service! We sat down after a 30 min wait and got bombarded with what drink we wanted. (As if she was a drill Sargent, ok you! Now you! Next) we asked her if she was in a hurry and she stated that she has to bring one table drinks and cater another. (Not that big of a deal if you ask me, 3 tables) same with meals, drill Sargent when asking. When we asked for bread for the third time we decided to ask another waitress for bread which took less than 2 mins to to receive. Thank god my brother asked to speak to the manager to inform him of his horrendous worker and he brought us a new waitress. Our new waitress had a much better attitude, but was seen very seldom. Took 15 mins for her to come back after she gave us the check

Hmmm where do I start?!?!? They have a huge variety of food choices to choose from like 15-16 pages! They have an amazing fried zucchini with ranch dressing..... Which if I might say so is heavenly... Lol!!!! Tonight I ordered off the"skinny menu" trying to watch my calories of course and i got the beef tips with mashed potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms. Can you say delicious? Lol you wouldn't know it was a healthier choice since it tasted so good I finished my entire plate. They have yummy alcoholic drinks I had a tropical martini that'l was so good. Now I'm not a huge cheese cake lover (I know who goes to the Cheesecake Factory if u don't like cheesecake?!?!) well I've tried a few, but my favorite is the Godiva chocolate cheesecake.... Can I just say that it is heavenly? My other favorite one is their pumpkin cheesecake but you can only get that in the fall :( so sad!!!! I've tried many foods here and have enjoyed each and every single one.... This is a place for the pickiest eater since they have so many choices to eat from! Pricing is decent can be high but the amount of food you get it is totally worth it!

I've only been there once, and I will probably come back again. Just felt like I was a bit overwhelmed with the atmosphere of this place which I could literally NOT stop looking around the murals and mosaic on the walls and everything else! The food was amazing and we didn't get dessert.... even though we were in a CHEESECAKE heaven. But next time, I will! Since this is in Boca and right next to the Town Center Mall... I kind of feel underdressed coming out to this side of town cause a lot of the people, especially women, seem to be brash with their own thing. But whatever, if you have a bunch of great people with you- it won't matter.

Favorite place to splurge for an evening out to eat. Elegant atmosphere and the food is wonderful. A bit expensive but there are a few lower price menu items.

Large portions, food plated well, beautiful presentation, great flavor. Worth the drive to Boca. More convenient parking than Downtown Fort Lauderdale location.

Me and my old roommates came here for a birthday dinner and it was quite enjoyable. The serving sizes are noteworthy... the appetizers were big enough to share. I had the buffalo blasts and they were delicious. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu options and etc. The piece d'resistance is the cheesecake... sooo many options... each one tastier and more tempting than the next. Recommend this place for a nice sit down dinner or even to grab a slice of cheesecake after a long hard day... Parking is a bit difficult at peak hours... Valet is an option as well..

I avoided Cheesecake Factory's when I lived in California because I thought all they served was cheesecake...and I was really confused why people always flocked there for dinner. I eventually went to one in Huntington Beach (I should probably write a review) and fell in love with it. It was the first time I'd ever had a sweet potato fry. I didn't even know there was such a thing. But I've been to this one about four times now and it's always been a good time. Granted, it's Boca and I'm not a huge fan of the people in west Boca because I have yet to see someone smile or wave and that's why I enjoy restaurants in Boca, because they HAVE TO wave and be nice! It's like you see a whole new side of this city...the friendly side :) The nachos are the best. The are regular old nachos like I used to make in junior high when I would get home from school and watch Duck Tales. Big chips, cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, and salsa. Pretty basic but good. I can't recall the name of it but I get the cheeseburger piled high with onion straws and barbecue sauce. It's always to die for. Never had a complaint here. The best part of the meal is the ultimate margarita. I think that's what they call it here. It's the premium one with good tequila. I always feel that when they say ultimate it will be like Chevy's where you can enjoy it for more than three straw-pulls but they just mean good tequila. Either way, it's good. If they enlarged the glass it went in it would be even better. Definitely check this Cheesecake Factory out when in Boca, if for nothing else, do it to see entitled people SMILE!

You know what you're getting at the Cheesecake Factory. Like any chain if you have been to one then you know what to expect. HOWEVER they have removed the portbello burger from the menu and this was one of my faves. Luckily you have plenty of other menu items to choose from but....I will miss the portobello.

This Cheesecake Factory is just like any other. It is a great place to come with either family or friends. The food is great, the portions are enormous. The prices are good for what you get. One of my personal favorite dishes is the caramel chicken. It is always good at any time of year. But i always keep a place near my heard for the miso salmon. From the sweet butter sauce to the tenderness of the salmon. It is amazing. To think such a succulent dish could come out of this place. There are plenty of choices for everyone. I swear the menu seems to contain four hundred pages of meal choices. There is something for everyone here. I would give it five stars but the drinks aren't that great. I ordered a mojito and they seemed to have understood lemonade with crushed mint. This is not the first time this happened. Still i wont get deterred from coming back for more... Oh and make sure you try the avocado eggrolls as an appetizer so good!!! Also do not come here if you're on any kind of diet. Big mistake.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory for an early lunch/brunch on Sunday. I've never in my life had better pancakes than what we had at the Cheesecake Factory. I was extremely impressed as I was not expecting an excellent breakfast dish. But it is after all the Cheesecake Factory, everything seems to be great! Very impressed with the breakfast/brunch on Sundays.

The Cheesecake Factory has set the 5-star rating standards for every restaurant, everywhere; and their consistency is key! 1. free warm bread- multigrain or sourdough 2. appetizers- buffalo blasts, mex eggrolls, calamari just to name a few 3. entrees- salads, pizzas, award winning mushroom burger, chicken madeira, steak diane, shrimp scampi everything is yummy!! 4. deserts- chocolate cake, godiva cheesecake, every kind of cheesecake imaginable! All deserts, not just cheesecakes are awesome!!! 5. service/ambiance- beautiful! Clean! Attentive Sunday brunch is served till 2pm and features the greatest sandwich ever invented...the Monte Cristo! Ham, egg, bacon, and cheese squeezed between french toast topped with powdered sugar and a side of strawberry preserves and hash browns! Perfection on a dish! The pancakes and waffles are pretty good too but only served on Sunday. Martini's are hand-crafted and muddled to order. I LOVE the strawberry martini and the lemon drop. One drink, all vodka, will give you the buzz you are looking for when you order a martini. Steer away from Sangria, it was too juicy and pre-made. This place is always packed but well worth the wait. Coming here is always a treat!

Standard food. Poor service. Server placed appetizer dish on top of the butter plate knocking the butter packets all onto the table and just walked away. They forgot my dressing on the side and served my dates salad with tomatoes even though be specifically requested none. They didn't offer fresh ground pepper to me after grinding some for him. I still gave it 3 stars because the food arrived quickly.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a safe choice when you need to go out to dinner with a large group of people that you don't know well-- as others have pointed out, the menu is very extensive and has something for everyone. The avocado eggrolls appetizer is my favorite! Sometimes I just order that as my main dinner! The sauce that comes with it is delicious! If you're a fan of avocado, you'll love this, really. It's one of my favorite things on the entire menu. The Crispy Chicken Costoletta is my favorite chicken dish! Fried, breaded chicken with lemon-butter sauce with a side of asparagus and mashed potatoes. So good! So many calories! Definitely worth it. The buffalo chicken strips are really good, too. It's weird to order chicken strips from such a large menu, but they're probably one of the best I've had. Moist and delicious! The bistro shrimp pasta is my definite recommendation if you're in the mood for shrimp and pasta!! In terms of food quality, they never disappoint; everything is very well-made and service is great. Overall, it's an American chain, so don't expect any sort of culinary elation while dining here. However, it's a safe choice for a decent dinner for a large group or a quick lunch between classes. Just beware that their dishes usually land on those "most caloric" lists nationwide!! (They claim their portions are meant to be eaten as 2 separate meals...right!)

What an enjoyable birthday dinner we had here last night for one of my in-laws. Not only did we get seated promptly with the mad crowd during prime dinner hour, but the service was great. We weren't in a rush and our server was very knowledgeable with the menu. I settled for the chicken romano, which is baked chicken with a parmesan cheese crust and lot of angel hair pasta with tomato sause. The plate was enough to fill up three people and I could only fill up so much up on it until I had to stop for a piece of red velvet cheesecake. Remember to save room for a piece of cheesecake. You won't be sorry!

Cheesecake is pretty good when you need somewhere to go and you just don't know what you want. The food is okay, service is typically so/so. Skip on drinks to save yourself $3 on a soda.

Awful service! I arrived 45 minutes after placing my take out order. Waited another 30 minutes in my car until the take out waitress came over to my car. While I waited in my car, I watched while she provided take out orders to cars that arrived after me. When I finally did receive my order, it was all wrong. Will not be returning.

For Foodies, it is popular to hate on Cheesecake, but I love the place. Broad fare, consistent quality, large portions, and reasonable pricing render them a no-miss for almost every outing. The cheesecakes are delicious, quite rich, and not at all dessicated like the impostors you get at Barnes & Noble coffee shops. My favorite dish is the Grilled Portobello on a Bun, with mashed potatoes, and topped off with any of their myriad cheesecakes.

I would have liked to include a photo here but the website of this chain doesn't avail you of many - except for cheesecakes. I'm into food, not desserts, and I definitely haven't been to that place for dessert - so here goes. I was freaked out by the Cheesecake Factory in Houston many years ago and didn't return. For some reason I ventured into their Boca Raton location some time ago. (The reason for the freak out? The Houston locataion was playing opera music, which I TOTALLY detest. And they were quite unapologetic/accomodating about it. So I steered clear for many years.) Moving on - the Boca Raton location has been a wonderful find for me. Not only do I like their food but the decor is magical. See their website for more details - but basically, art deco, wonderful. Their Boca location is also huge, and most often very full! Quite a feat to pull off. Last Sunday I visited and got my usual - a massive Cobb Salad that really would be big enough for two meals, but it's so delicious I always finish it (and don't eat dinner). Accompanied by a Blue Moon and warm brown bread - delicious. This time around I noticed a lot of things on the menu I'd definitely like to try, like three types of cooked salmon in one dish! In fact the menu is so eclectic I thought it might be a good place to take a date to, despite the fact that because of it's vastness I'd more considered the Cheesecake Factory of more a cafe type place. But that kind of menu can inspire some serious eating. I should have asked if they have a wine list. I guess so. Lastly they played very muted jazz music - wonderful! Definitely a place I like returning to.

How can anyone NOT love this place. Seriously, the menu is like a book, the food is awesome and comes in HUGE portions and the cheesecakes are the best. Bring the entire family as this place has everything. A secret time to visit is Sunday for Brunch (before noon) and the food is way better than other breakfast places and the price is the same.

Went here the other day with my wife and her family. The place was clean and considering we were a party of 8 we only waited about 5 min for a table. The place seemed clean and the waitress was ok but could of been better. I ordered the factory burrito which is very huge but very good. My wife and I split the red velvet cheesecake which was also good. You really can't go here and not get cheesecake to me it would be a crime not to do so lol. My wife and I were treated to the dinner so I can't say if the prices are good or not

Thai lettuce wraps!! I can eat this everyday. So many different cheesecakes! The ahi carpaccio is delicious and the Sweet mint green tea is very refreshing. The place is always packed with long lines. Bit pricey for a chain restaurant.

No standardization here. We both ordered the Cobb Salad with dressing on the side. The two salads looked different when placed infront of us. My friend's portion was larger and encircled by crumbled bits of cheese. The smaller salad placed infront of me did not appear to have cheese and looked wet. I assumed the cheese was underneath and the wetness was probably the dressing which I had requested be on the side. Wrong on both counts. There was no cheese and there was no dressing on the salad or on the side. The wetness was wilted salad. I gaged trying to eat it. I kept thinking they took someone's leftover salad and served it to me. I'm grossed out just thinking about it. I normally get the Carlton salad, so at the time I didn't realize my Cobb salad was also missing the chicken. I'll need time to forget that salad before I can go back.

75% of the time the food and service is great. It's the other 25 where the server doesn't give a crap and you end up with terrible service. Food is good if you choose their go to great classics. Their newer stuff is not that great.

Huge plates !!! The Factory makes everybody happy. My go to meal here is Chicken and Biscuits add Biscuit / have them grill chicken. This is also combined with a Mai Tai and followed up with the Best Godiva Cheesecake in town ! Enjoy.

it started with the valet when there was three of us in the car so I'm going to celebrate the 75th birthday in the valley did not even come to the car. we proceeded to get out of the car in the valley told us that is not accepting any more cars as he's chewing on food and drinking is Gatorade. it was three of us ladies there to celebrate our friends 75th birthday. we proceeded to park the car sells and go into the inside the very crowded restaurant to the hostess desk. we gave them my name and we were told to stand around is very noisy area where people were jam-packed and pushing each other and wait for our name to be yelled. we proceeded to the bar to try to get a cocktail where nobody gave a darn it we were even there so we proceeded out the door. on the way out I had to put my hand physically on one of the hostess to stop her from pushing over an elderly gentleman shuffling with two canes in his hand. I would not recommend it I will never go back

Wow this place was a filthy mess last night. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Our table looked like it gets wiped down regularly with a dirty rag ..the filth was so thick. A busboy dropped a plate behind us and never came back to clean up the broken glass that was all over the floor. Food was still good but if the restaurant is so dirty I worry about the kitchen.

This is one of those places that you become "obsessed" with when you move to Florida. At least that was the case with me, and my family and friends, maybe because we didn't have Cheesecake Factory where we lived before. This is the place you take everyone who's visiting you, for lunch or dinner and then they go back home and tell all their friends they've been to the Cheesecake Factory. I guess the fact that they have so many types of cheesecakes is a big deal, plus they have a very extensive menu, something for everyone, so you know even the pickiest eater in your party will find something here. After living in FL for almost 11 years, the novelty has passed - actually it passed years ago - and I hadn't eaten from here in a long time. But today, for a business meeting, we ordered from here and I started remembering what I started saying here. This is still a great restaurant. I love their Cobb Salad, it's always fresh and a very generous portion. Haven't had their cheesecake in years but still remember how yummy they are, my favorite is the Banana Cream Cheesecake. Will have to skip dinner one day and go straight for that :p

Old Faithful A place that consistently gives great bread, appetizers, dinner and desert should get 5 stars..service is quality also..salad, chicken madeira, lindas, godiva cheesecake, reeses cake, great sunday brunch food too (monte cristo sandwich!), best chain restaurant out.

TIRAMISU TIRAMISU TIRAMISU!!! Their cheese cake is probably the best thing I have tasted in South Florida! I've tried the Teriyaki steak and it's pretty good, I got it Med Rare and w/ mashed potatoes. They gave me a large portion of potatoes and I was full before I even ordered desert! They used to have really good ribs that had meat fall off the bone, but they took that off the menu! :( Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they took my ribs off the menu!

Hamburgers. This is the only thing that I order here. The Classic Burger is my ideal of a great American classic. Why waste time and calories with the inferior versions offered by everyone else? Real char-broil taste, hefty size... the first bite, a little bit of heaven. Order the fries super crispy and enjoy. Ok, my wife orders other things and they're pretty good too. Nice fresh tasting versions of popular Oriental and Mexican dishes. And we love the wait. High energy people who love to eat. It's good to be around folks who take their eating seriously. Pickers and nibblers need not apply.

Tonight was three cheese pasta and chicken salad sandwich. Saving room for cheesecake. The menu items are all over the place, from burgers and sandwiches to pasta, etc. Overall, the food has been good each time we have eaten there and the Chessecake is always great!

One of my proudest accomplishments in life was never going to CF... however, when in Rome, errr... South Florida... do as the wife's grandparents do (especially if they are paying). I still can't figure out why so many people want to go to this place. Is it really worth waiting an hour for a table for four? I was definitely surprised with the quality of food, but still not worth the wait. I assume its just a crowd-pleaser because the menu is so diverse that everyone in your party can find something. Here is the breakdown: - Portion Size: Plentiful (on the verge of overkill) - Price: Good bang for your buck - Atmosphere: If you like crowded elevators and Bingo, this is your speed - Service: Spotty... they are probably stretched too thin for the big crowds they cater too... definitely very friendly and knowledgeable though - Food: - Calamari: nothing special, what you would expect from any average restaurant - Pour: heavy hand on the whiskey --- no complaints - Fish Tacos: not sure why they even come standard with albacore, who really wants that type of fish at a restaurant? Saved by the mahi, mahi option. Pretty tasty, nothing special. - Bread on table: really freakin' good, probably loaded with crack and last but not least... - Dessert: I think our dessert was called something like Adam's Fudge Nipple, but you probably would be better "served" asking for the Reese's Pieces tasting cheesecake... it is very rich and chocolately... recommended! All in all I can't say this was a bad experience. The food was better than I thought it would be, but I probably would not go back (especially if there is a wait). I might consider stopping in for a piece of that cheesecake though.

Had big office lunch here, I don't know how they were able to deal with 20+ of us but they did and did it well. food is the same old same old one more same old too large of portions bland hoping you will forget after you eat desert food.

This place is always packed. Service is ok, food is always good. this is also a good people watching restaurant. check this one out, ya its a chain, and not my 1st pick, but i always get a good meal here.

The food is really mediocre. Chef Ramsay would piss on the food if he ever ate there. Very crowded, loud, and service is a hit or miss. The portions are WAY too big for one person. The best thing to have there is the Jamaican shrimp. They don't taste Jamaican at all, but its decent.

One of my favorite Restaurant is "The Cheesecake Factory" at the Saw Grass Mall in Sunrise,FL. On August 6th 2010, my husband and I were in Boca Raton, and we decided to try the Cheese Cake Factory on Glades Road. From the point that we sat down, the service was terrible. We were seated at the Bar section, and the waitress, a young girl, acted as if our table was completely empty. We were waiting for her service for more than10 min without being greeted or even looked at. I asked the manager how much longer we would have to wait for somebody to take our drink order, he said "Oh sure What Do you want?". I said Can you please at least bring us the Menus to decide what we want to order...in 5 seconds, like a MIRACLE the waitress appeared with the menu, and the bread. She took the order and we waited another 40 minutes. This is the worst part , the food was terrible!!! So we basically waited long for nothing. We will still go to the Saw Grass Mall Cheesecake, the service and the food is always great there but I would NEVER go back to this location.

3 points for the short wait of only 30 minutes. -2 points for shoving our party of 7 into a tiny corner table in such a way that i had to get up every time someone at the table next to us wanted to get up. at least the food is consistent from location to location. that always amazes me. you can't even find that kind of consistency at mcdonalds.

I have lived in Boca for over 30 yrs. and I have to say ever since this restaurant moved in I have VERY HAPPILY eaten there with friends, family, and guests! Everyone is always impressed with the variety of fresh dishes-which are also incidentally large portions(for 2)! My favorite being the RIB EYE steak and mashed potatoes! Med. rare-the BEST- better than Morton's in Boca even!! ITs always tender, well-seasoned, and right off the grill! There are even onion rigs on top! As for salads- the french country salad with balsamic dressing is my fave!! For desserts Everything is marvelous- the chocolate cake with the mini morsels on the side- the Godiva chocolate cheesecake!! yum! To die for ganache! And the dutch apple caramel cheescake -almost like an apple pie!! Even the hot fudge ice cream sundae (that they make!) is just as fabulous! For drinks- Georgia peach and flying gorilla are fun! non- alcoholic beverages such as the peach smoothie or iced mango is great too!

(2)Jeff S.
(2)Christina M.

(4)Emily T.
This location has a staff that is always on top of their responsibilities! I'm always satisfied with service. During this last visit, our food came out exceptionally fast and tasted great.
(5)Cody J.
(4)Thelma H.
(4)Mary Beth I.
Well let me say it was an un pleasant expierence. I ordered Factory Meatloaf it came to the table burnt. It was horrible. My cousin ordered a side Cesar salad the dressing has no taste and was watery. The wait staff had no personality. Very disappointing.
(1)Idan R.
(5)Christina P.
Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT come here on a Sunday between 11 and 3. Service is lacking and your food will take FOREVER. My waiter got my order wrong this afternoon then decided to give me attitude and confront me when I complained to the manager about it. There went your tip, buddy.
(2)Matthew F.
My favorite part of the meal was the bread. Slow service and mediocre food. After ordering, it took over 30 minutes for my food to come out and the had to redo my grandfathers burger because they overcooked it. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
(2)Susanne H.
(4)Elyssa S.
(4)Dave H.
(3)Joseph C.
(5)Syed H.
Went with a buddy late night dinner. Ordered mediera chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies. Went traditional. Been to this location few times. The service is lacking severely. The food was good. We had to wait half hour to order. disappointed in the service.
(3)Jim C.
(5)David M.
(5)Cindy A.
Absolutely one of my favorites! The service as well as the food and drinks are some of the best I've ever had. Consistently as perfect as perfect can get.
(5)Cammy B.
I've been to Cheesecake Factory before in other states but have not visited this location since we moved here 6 months ago. We had Jeremy G as a waiter and he made our Friday night experience dining out perfect. The food and portions were great. Actually I had to take 1\2 my meal home. He was very conscientious and knew just the right time to come by and see us. The
(5)Danielle R.
(4)Michael S.
(4)Scott R.
I love the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes! My brother had introduced me to them and they're always a great appetizer. This is a great place to go when your hungry with big portions to everything. The service is good, and sometimes you have to wait a while at this particular location.
(4)Reggie A.
Waited for a fair amount of time, but not too long considering that it was a saturday night. Our server tried hard, but just couldnt keep up. Seemed like we never had drinks and we were always still needing some side or something missing. Food was good overall.
(3)Dan A.
(4)Meagan M.
We had a really crappy experience. Ate here on a Sunday morning around noon. The meal took us (only two of us) over two hours. I ate a southwest salad which was fine and my fiance had a burger which he enjoyed. Will not be back due to the terrible service and extremely slow kitchen.
(2)Daniel M.
(2)Anthony K.
(4)Elizabeth C.
I didn't get to each cheesecake because I was full from all the food. The food was great, the service was fast. We were a group of 6 and had three waiters bring out our food at the same time. The thai lettuce wraps were phenomenal, the soup of the day (Mexican soup) was very hearty. I would come here again.
(4)Angela Q.
This is my go to for shrimp scampi. So bad for you but so freaking good.
(4)Dan M.
Great meal. Chicken Madeira is unreal. Cheesecake was the best part that's kind of a given. Our waitress Barbara was very pleasant.
(4)MickeyBlue I.
(4)Gisy V.
I was not impressed with this Cheesecake Factory. The place was extremely packed and crowded. The food was at best mediocre and the bread was hard and cold. First time that I do not really like a Cheesecake Factory location.
(2)Kelsi C.
I couldn't even finish my plate, and I'm not saying that in reference to size but taste. The white chicken chili I had was terrible and the shepherds pie my fiancée ordered was terrible. The food was tolerable to an extent but there needs to be improvements across the board.
(2)Kirsten Z.
(4)Eddie F.
(5)Pete A.
Took forever for them to bring food. Waited for more than an hour. Asked for mustard which arrived after the food was almost over. Bland food.
(1)K D.
(2)Lauren I.
Expensive but very good and always a pleasant experience. Cocktails are awesome. Almost as sinful as the cheesecake!!
(5)Sarah S.
(4)Rudy Y.
(1)Ashley C.
(2)Steven T.
(3)Danielle J.
Amazing food! Amazing service. Recommended for all. I would recommend the four cheese pasta. It is amazing
(5)Fina M.
The end.
(2)Alissa B.
Went here for lunch today and it is a mad house. It took over 20 minutes to get drinks and forget the food, I was beginning to doubt that it would ever come. They were not apologetic at about the wait and other tables they sat after us had food way before we did. The food was ok nothing remarkable.
(2)John M.
(2)Tom S.
The service has turned horrific the man waiters are only interested in flirting with the female waitresses also customers they play this game over and over and laugh about it the staff is a bunch of teenagers the food can be good but make sure you get a server who was mature by the way my daughters spaghetti and meatballs had one meatball
(1)Steve S.
(2)Rosa L.
(5)Ivette R.
This Cheesecake Factory is really small and food is always great I love the staff and bakery employees.
(5)Alissa W.
(2)Samy D.
Came to get take out. People on the phone were so unfriendly, really disappointing. They couldn't have been clearer that they didn't care for the client. Food is still good
(3)Cee G.
But it's Boca, did I really expect someone in Boca to be nice? not really. Next.
(2)Gawayne K.
(4)Frank B.
(2)Angela M.
(3)Shawna P.
I love the miso salmon dish! I order it almost every time I come here because it never fails. My girlfriend ordered the pizza for the first time. She has been wanting to try it for a long time and was glad she finally did. The portions are large, cheesecakes are delicious, and the service is great.
(4)Diane N.
(4)Elaine C.
(1)Kristina R.
Wait was a longer than they said but food is delicious as always! Especially the new s'mores cheesecake! Delicious!!!!
(4)Jocelyn M.
I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 out of the goodness of my heart. I LOVE Cheesecake Factory but this location is awful. Worst I've ever been too. Service is horribly slow and I've found foreign objects In my food on 2 separate occasions.
(2)Jason G.
(3)Craig S.
The hostess was pretty rude. Didn't turn around cause she was clearly in love with one of the servers that. He had to greet and sit us. Food and service was just fine, as usual. Still one of my favorite places.
(4)Natalie E.

It's ok. I've always liked CF just not the wait.

(4)Ellen M.
my favorite restaurant but i do hate the service. you need better servers!!!
(3)Ashley H.
(3)Carmen L.
Favorite place to splurge for an evening out to eat. Elegant atmosphere and the food is wonderful. A bit expensive but there are a few lower price menu items.
(5)Night Ryder I.
Large portions, food plated well, beautiful presentation, great flavor. Worth the drive to Boca. More convenient parking than Downtown Fort Lauderdale location.
(4)Rachel M.

(4)Tracy A.

(4)Matt S.

(5)Rachel S.

(4)Lavender C.
I love the atmosphere, and big selections of menu. the only thing I don't like is no matter what time what date I go, always have to wait.
(4)Brooke G.
Cheesecake is pretty good when you need somewhere to go and you just don't know what you want. The food is okay, service is typically so/so. Skip on drinks to save yourself $3 on a soda.
(4)J N.

(4)Adam S.
My wife and I were treated to the dinner so I can't say if the prices are good or not
(3)Jamie C.
Thai lettuce wraps!! I can eat this everyday. So many different cheesecakes! The ahi carpaccio is delicious and the Sweet mint green tea is very refreshing. The place is always packed with long lines. Bit pricey for a chain restaurant.
(4)Lene K.
(2)Michael C.
75% of the time the food and service is great. It's the other 25 where the server doesn't give a crap and you end up with terrible service. Food is good if you choose their go to great classics. Their newer stuff is not that great.
(3)Justin F.
Huge plates !!! The Factory makes everybody happy. My go to meal here is Chicken and Biscuits add Biscuit / have them grill chicken. This is also combined with a Mai Tai and followed up with the Best Godiva Cheesecake in town ! Enjoy.
(3)Gustavo Q.
Packed! And no wifi, or good cell signal to kill the time while you wait. But large food portions, so thats good.
(4)Betsi K.
You know what to expect and it always lives up to expectations... Good food and lots of it - a bit noisy but, hey - that's why you're there!
(4)Kerri G.
it started with the valet when there was three of us in the car so I'm going to celebrate the 75th birthday in the valley did not even come to the car. we proceeded to get out of the car in the valley told us that is not accepting any more cars as he's chewing on food and drinking is Gatorade. it was three of us ladies there to celebrate our friends 75th birthday. we proceeded to park the car sells and go into the inside the very crowded restaurant to the hostess desk. we gave them my name and we were told to stand around is very noisy area where people were jam-packed and pushing each other and wait for our name to be yelled. we proceeded to the bar to try to get a cocktail where nobody gave a darn it we were even there so we proceeded out the door. on the way out I had to put my hand physically on one of the hostess to stop her from pushing over an elderly gentleman shuffling with two canes in his hand.

(4)Maya W.
the service is always excellent and the cheesecake selection is simply amazing. As a matter of fact, the entire menu is quite impressive and everything I have tried so far tasted yummy :)
(5)Shane H.
This is the way a chain should be run. The food, no matter what is always good. The consistency is there from location to location. Always happy to eat here.
(4)Nick A.
(5)Brandon F.
(4)Jesse W.
as an ex employee service was a little lacking from the standards I remember.
(3)Pete M.
Don't get the same feelings that the rest of the world feels for this chain
(1)Richard S.
(5)Tom S.
Tonight was three cheese pasta and chicken salad sandwich. Saving room for cheesecake. The menu items are all over the place, from burgers and sandwiches to pasta, etc. Overall, the food has been good each time we have eaten there and the Chessecake is always great!
(4)Carissa S.
Cheesecake factory at this location, I'm sure like at most locations, is very busy almost every night but.... you get good service, the food is delicious and the cheesecake is to die for. I always get the choc chip cookie dough! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!
(4)sam m.
Been there a few times. 1. Portions. 2. Quality. 3. Get the heck out of here, the Rene Special is unbelievable. Can't go wrong there. 9.99 ? So much food. Some interesting bread selections also.
(4)Ralph N.
What can I say? It's Cheesecake Factory. It's pretty standard. I'm giving it three stars because of the super long wait times!
(3)Dustin K.
(3)zendick h.
Had big office lunch here, I don't know how they were able to deal with 20+ of us but they did and did it well. food is the same old same old one more same old too large of portions bland hoping you will forget after you eat desert food.
(3)Jordan R.
This place is always packed. Service is ok, food is always good. this is also a good people watching restaurant. check this one out, ya its a chain, and not my 1st pick, but i always get a good meal here.
(4)Nastassia D.
(2)matthew M.
The Boca location is always busy and the food and service are always good. Gigantic menu. It is hard to find something that doesn't taste good.

(1)Dorian G.
(3)victoria r.
ALWAYS packed. Service at this location is ok. Food is good. I like the layout of this one.
